Cooking a Turkey Over 14 Pounds?
There is a solution: Bayou makes a turkey fryer that can cook a turkey up to 24 pounds. This is nice because many times turkey is being cooked for large events, like family gatherings. Just like all turkey fryers, this fryer made by Bayou still needs attention when being used, but turkey cooked in this fryer will make excellent turkey.

Are you ready for Thanksgiving?
Most likely you are not thinking about Thanksgiving, but I am. Why? Because my latest project is looking into turkey fryers. I have learned a lot!!!!! I think the most shocking thing I learned was how many people regularly use a turkey fryer for cooking there Thanksgiving turkey. Here is a photo of a turkey fryer.
When I think about a turkey fryer, I think about an oil turkey fryer. From researching turkey fryers, I learned about turkey fryers that are oilless. I didn't know about these fryers before. If you would like to learn more about oil less turkey fryers, here is a post about oil less turkey fryers.

Want to Get Started in BBQ Competition?

Today's adventure is looking at the Bradley smoker. This smoker can see seen at a post about the Bradley Electric Smoker here.
Now, people seem to like using an electric smoker. To be honest, I do not even know any of my friends that have an electric smoker, but I see many people interested in them. I guess people like the convenience of being able to hook up the smoker to an electric outlet and not have to keep checking the charcoal or look at the temperature during the cooking process.
